Directions

MIX

Use a paddle to cream 11 LB. Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake Mix, 3 ½ LB bread flour and 4 LB margarine or butter for 3 minutes on medium speed. Add 3 LB whole eggs and mix only until smooth.

MAKE UP

Fill a pastry bag with a #6 star tip with prepared batter. Pipe desired shapes on paper lined sheet pans.

Top some approx. half of the cookies with your choice of Sprinkelina Toppings or sliced almonds.

BAKE

Bake the cookies at 340- 360°F for 8-10 minutes until edges of cookies are light golden brown. Do not over bake.

FINISH

Let the cookies cool down. Choose from any of the finishing options below:

  • Dip partially or fully in Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing heated to 105-110°F or melted C’est Vivant Dark Coating Chocolate.
  • Drizzle with Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing heated to 105-110°F or melted C’est Vivant Dark Coating Chocolate.
  • Before icing or coating sets, top with Sprinkelina toppers or any other desired topping.
