Use a paddle to cream 11 LB. Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake Mix, 3 ½ LB bread flour and 4 LB margarine or butter for 3 minutes on medium speed. Add 3 LB whole eggs and mix only until smooth.
Fill a pastry bag with a #6 star tip with prepared batter. Pipe desired shapes on paper lined sheet pans.
Top some approx. half of the cookies with your choice of Sprinkelina Toppings or sliced almonds.
Bake the cookies at 340- 360°F for 8-10 minutes until edges of cookies are light golden brown. Do not over bake.
