Westco danish raspberry filling (#51710 1/40 lb)
Westco danish cream cheese filling (#51693 1/20 lb)

Directions

MIX

Mix some Westco Gourmet Brownie Mix following the directions provided on the bag for a small batch. Do not over mix.

MAKE UP

Deposit batter in a paper lined and greased full sheet pan. Spread the batter evenly.

Pipe alternating stripes of Westco Gourmet Raspberry Filling and Westco Flavorful Cream Cheese Filling in a diagonal across the top of the brownie batter.

BAKE

Bake at 325-360°F for approx. 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Brownies are done when their internal temperature reaches 209°F. Let the brownies cool down.

FINISH

After the brownies cooled down, turn the brownies out of the pan and cut into 4” x 4” squares or any other size of your choice.
