Westco gourmet brownie mix (#48240 1/50 lb)
Westco ultra rich creme cake mix (#11644 1/50 lb)
C’est Vivant semi-sweet chocolate chunks (#74705 1/30 lb)
Bakesense peanut butter creamy (#52086 1/35 lb)
Westco vanilla dipping icing (#19529 1/45 lb)

Alternate Products Used

Westco extra moist brownie mix (#48235 1/50 lb)
Westco vanilla creme cake mix (#38260 1/50 lb)



Mix some Westco Gourmet Brownie Mix according to the directions on the bag for a small batch. Do not over mix.

Fold granulated peanuts into the batter if desired.

Peanut Butter Streusel

Mix the following ingredients on low speed until mixture starts forming crumbs the size of small peas.

4 lb Westco ultra rich creme cake mix

1 lb BakeSense peanut butter creamy (#74705 1/30 LB)


Deposit batter in well-greased muffin pans until ¼” from top.

Pipe a swirl of BakeSense Peanut Butter Creamy over the batter in each cavity.

Garnish with peanut butter streusel (see recipe above) and C’est Vivant Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks.


Bake at 325°F in a convection oven for 20-25 minutes. Brownies are done when the internal temperature reaches 209°F.


Let the brownies cool down for 15-20 minutes before removing from pan. Drizzle Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing over them.
