Westco ultra rich creme cake mix (#11644 1/50 lb)
Bakesense premium salad oil (#17067 1/35 lb)
Westco orchard peach filling (#34103 1/20 lb)

Alternate Products Used

Westco vanilla creme cake mix (#38260 1/50 lb)



  • Batter: Mix the batter following the directions provided on the bag of Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake Mix for a small batch.
  • Add 1 lb. 6 ounces of chopped  Westco Gold Seal Orchard Peach Filling and 11 ounces of hi gluten flour during the final mixing stage.
  • Streusel: Combine 4 LB Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake and 1 LB butter or margarine on low speed. Mix until the mixture forms small peas.


Deposit 5 ½ oz. of batter into a large paper lined or greased muffin tin. Sprinkle the tops with the streusel and place one or two sliced peach from the filling in the center of each muffin.


Bake at 330-365°F for 28-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 205°F.
