Directions

MIX

Mix some Westco Gourmet Brownie Mix according to the directions on the bag for a small batch. Do not over mix.

MAKE UP

Deposit in a paper lined full sheet pan. Spread batter evenly.

BAKE

Bake at 325°F in a convection oven for approx. 25 minutes. Brownies are done when the internal temperature reaches 209°F. Do not over bake. Freeze brownies two hours or overnight.

FINISH

Take the brownies out of the freezer and remove them from the pans while they are still frozen.

Cut brownies sheets in half. Spread a thin layer of Westco Smooth As Silk Fudge Icing on one half. Place another half on the of of the icing. Cut the brownie sandwiches you created into 2 X 2” squares.

Attach a regular size marshmallow in the center of the brownie square using a small amount of Fudge Icing and a piping bag.

Pour melted white chocolate ganache over the marshmallow allowing the ganache to drip on the side of the brownie square. Pipe additional drips along the side of each brownie square.

Once the white chocolate ganache has set, pipe three dots on each marshmallow with Westco Smooth As Silk Fudge Icing to mimic the face of the ghosts.
