Westco vanilla dipping icing (#19529 1/45 lb)
Westco chocolate dipping icing (#75684 1/45 lb)
C’est Vivant white chocolate curls (#74777 1/12 lb)

Alternate Products Used

Westco vanilla creme cake mix (#38260 1/50 lb)



Mix the batter according to the instructions on the bag of Westco Ultra Rich Crème Cake Mix for a small batch.


Using a piping bag fill flat bottom ice-cream cones with batter approx. ½ to ¾ full. Place cones in en empty cupcake tin to prevent them from falling over during baking.


Bake at 330°F in a convection oven until golden brown or internal temperature reaches 205°F. Baking time varies depending on the size of cones you selected. Do not over bake.


Let the cakes cool completely. Dip the top part of the cakes into either Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing or Westco Chocolate Dipping Icing heated to 105-110°F.

Garnish with an assortment of Sprinkelina Sprinkles, Sprinkelina Twinkle Pearls, C’est Vivant White Chocolate Curls and any other toppers of your choice.
