Westco gourmet brownie mix (#48240 1/50 lb)
Westco chocolate buttercreme icing rtu (#08985 1/30 lb)
Sprinkelina white twinkle pearls (#92433 1/8 lb)

Alternate Products Used

Westco extra moist brownie mix (#48235 1/50 lb)



Mix some Westco Gourmet Brownie Mix according to the directions on the bag for a small batch. Do not over mix.


Deposit in a paper lined sheet pan. Spread batter evenly.


Bake at 325°F in a convection oven for approx. 25 minutes. Brownies are done when the internal temperature reaches 209°F. Do not over bake.


Break the cooled sheet of brownie into chunks. Place in a mixing bowl along with 8 oz. of Westco Chocolate Buttercrème Icing RTU. Mix on low until blended.

Form the mixture into 1 ½” balls and stick a Popsicle stick into each one. Place in the cooler for at least 20 minutes.

Dip each brownie pop in melted white ganache. Before the ganache sets garnish with gold sanding sugar or edible glitter, Sprinkelina White Twinkle Pearls and gold pearls.

Alternative: You can also use brownie scraps and start directly at the FINISH step.
