Deposit in a paper lined sheet pan. Spread batter evenly.
Bake at 325°F in a convection oven for approx. 25 minutes. Brownies are done when the internal temperature reaches 209°F. Do not over bake.
Let brownies cool down completely. Clean out the edges. Cut the brownies into 4” stripes. Cut each stripe in diagonal to make adjacent 3” wide by 4” long triangles limiting waste.
Use Green Dipping Icing (see recipe above) to pipe a garland on the top of each brownie. Sprinkle some of your Topping Mix on top before icing sets.
Finish by placing a star cut out of Yellow Rolled Fondant (see above) on top of each brownie tree, if desired.
