Bakesense whipped topping (#11200 4/9 lb)
C'est Vivant diablo décor square (#74754 1/465 ct)

Westco extra moist brownie mix (#48235 1/50 lb)
Trigal Dorado pastry topping (#06590 4/8.8 lb)



Mix and bake Westco Gourmet Brownie in paper lined full sheet pan according to the directions on the bag for a small batch. Do not over mix or over bake. Brownies are done when the internal temperature reaches 209°F.

Let brownie sheets cool down.

Prepare some chocolate whipped topping by mixing in cocoa powder or chocolate syrup onto BakeSense Whipped Topping until well blended. Add flavor to taste.

Cut the brownie sheets into 4” x 4" squares using a knife or a cookie cutter.


Using a decorating bag with a plain round pastry tip pipe uniform balls of chocolate whipped topping (see above) on top of the brownie pieces. Lightly sprinkle chocolate cake crumbs on top or dust lightly with cocoa powder.

Garnish with a piece of C'est Vivant Diablo Square.
