Westco gourmet brownie mix (#48240 1/50 lb)
Westco smooth as silk fudge icing (#36555 1/45 lb)
Westco vanilla dipping icing (#19529 1/45 lb)
Sprinkelina all American mix sprinkles (#92463 1/6 lb)

Alternate Products Used

Westco extra moist brownie mix (#48235 1/50 lb)

Directions

MIX

Mix some Westco Gourmet Brownie Mix according to the directions on the bag for a small batch. Do not over mix.

MAKE UP

Deposit in a paper lined sheet pan. Spread batter evenly.

BAKE

Bake at 325°F in a convection oven for approx. 25 minutes. Brownies are done when the internal temperature reaches 209°F. Do not over bake.

FINISH

Let brownies cool down. Cut the brownies using a star shaped cookie cutter. Dip the stars in Westco Smooth As Silk Fudge Icing heated to 110°F.

Using red and blue liquid gel food colors tint Westco Vanilla Dipping Icing to desired hues. Drizzle colored icing over the brownies. Garnish with Sprinkelina All American Mix before icing sets.
